Through the analysis for the eigenfunctions of cloud texture-images, 16 eigenfunctions are chosen as the basis to form the cloud image. The BP algorithm is discussed to build an effectual Artificial Neural Network BP model, and finally, the program of cloud texture-image synthesis is worked out.
