文章从物流工程专业课程的交叉性和复杂性出发,根据高层次人才培养要求以及毕业生就业情况反馈,考虑物流工程研究生就业岗位需求,对物流工程人才培养课程体系设置进行研究。通过设置物流工程研究方向,设置不同侧重点的学术课程和实践课程,不同研究方向的课程设置存在的生命周期也不相同,最后针对现今物流工程研究生教学和考核中存在的问题提出改善建议。
