介绍了一种新型正负压测漏系统的设计研究过程。在对现有单功能测漏仪进行研究的基础上,设计出了一种能够运用于正负压综合检测情况下的正负压测漏系统,绘出了该气动系统的框图,系统避免了检测中复杂的仪器更换,能提高检测效率、降低检测成本、减小劳动强度,并分别介绍了该系统在正压检测和负压检测环境下的工作原理,分析了其在正负压检测过程中压力变化量的动态特性,结果表明出其检测过程的动态特性与单功能测漏仪相似。研究得出其能够满足现有的检测要求。
