利用微生物学的方法,从哈尔滨工业大学下水道活性污泥中筛选出一株可降解苯酚的优势菌株,此菌株可利用苯酚作为唯一碳源和能源.通过对这种菌株在不同温度、pH,以及不同苯酚浓度下的生长和苯酚降解情况的考察,确定了这种菌株的最适生长温度为10℃,最适pH为7.5,最大可降解苯酚浓度为3000 mg/L并且具有较强的苯酚降解能力,在10℃、pH值为7.5、装液量为50 mL、接种量15%、摇床振荡速度160 r/min的条件下,反应48 h后可使500 mg/L的苯酚降解率达98%以上.
Using microbiology method,a plant of Strain which could degrade phenol effective was filtered,it use phenol as the only carbon and nitrogen sources.Under the study of this strain,such as different temperature,pH value and concentration of phenol.The optimal growing temperature is 10 ℃,pH value is 7.5.The highest concentration of phenol degraded is 3000 mg/L.At the condition of 10 ℃,pH value is 7.5,liquid volume is 50 mL,inoculum is 15%,speed of shaker is 160 r/min,after reaction 48h,degrading 500 mg/L phenol,the degradation rate reach above 98%.
