对差压测漏仪泄漏检测进行研究。通过对密封件微小泄漏的理论分析,进行了微泄漏的等效转换。在此基础上,采用AMESim仿真软件建立实验模型,对被测件容积分别为1、3、5L,泄漏孔截面积分别为2、1、0.5mm。的情况进行仿真实验,找出了泄漏孔截面积大小、密封件容积大小、检测时间之间的关系,为实际检测中确定合理的总检测时间、制定合理的生产节拍提供了理论依据。
The leak detection of differential pressure leak detector was studied. By analyzing the characteristics of micro-leakage, the equivalent transformation of micro-leakage was made. Based on this, AMESim was used to build the simulation model. The simulation tests were made when the sealing volume of the inspected part was 1,3, 5 L and leak hole sectional area was 2, 1,0. 5 mm2 separately. The relationships of the leak hole sectional area, the sealing volume and the detection time were found. They provide reference for determining reasonable total detection time and constituting production cycle time in the actual testing.
