As the ＂national team＂ of basic research, State Key Laboratory＇s independent innovation capacity is the key. Survey from related experts has been conducted about assessment indexes of State Key Laboratory＇s independent innovation capacity and 108 valid questionnaires have been received. Analysis about these questionnaire showed that this set of assessment system could basically reflect State Key Laboratory＇s independent innovation capacity accurately and provide scientific advising for State Key Laboratory to further enhance its independent innovation capacity.
