As an important part of the ＇national team＇ of Chinese basic research,joint SKL has become the important base of carrying out high-level basic research,however,the ability of original innovation and integrated innovation is limited,and different types of joint SKL has very significant different innovation performance.Using SWOT method to analyze the joint SKL comprehensively and systematically for the first time.Studies have shown that Chinese joint SKL has its own advantages and disadvantages,faces different threats and development opportunities in independent innovation.Therefore,playing strategies＇ coordination function become the countermeasures to enhance our capability of independent innovation of Chinese joint SKL.
