通过设计国家重点实验室自主创新能力影响因素问卷,对国家重点实验室人员进行随机调查,收回有效问卷370份。运用模糊聚类分析法,建立国家重点实验室自主创新能力影响因素模糊聚类分析模型,利用调查数据,对83个具体影响因素的重要程度进行了分析,进而聚类为7个层次的影响强度,实现了各影响因素的主从排序和重要程度评价。这对于识别和把握国家重点实验室自主创新能力形成和演化的关键因子,探索提高自主创新能力的有效路径具有现实指导意义。
Through designing a questionnaire for influential factors of independent innovation capability in SKL, and conducting random surveys to members in SKL, 370 effective samples have been collected. With the fuzzy clustering analytical method, the paper establishes fuzzy clustering analysis models for these factors, and analyzes the importance degree of 83 specific influential factors based on survey data, and also clusters them into seven levels of influence intention, thereby distinguishing the principal and subordinate ordering of each influence factor as well as evaluating their importance degree. The research is not only of great practical significance to identifying and grasping critical factors in the formation and evolution process of independent innovation capability of SKL, but also to exploring effective paths to improve independent innovation capabilities.
