作为国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,国家重点实验室面临内、外部的多种创新压力,研究国家重点实验室创新压力的理论特性与管理策略具有重要的现实意义。借鉴自然科学中的耗散结构理论,分析国家重点实验室创新压力系统耗散结构的形成与演化,提出国家重点实验室创新压力系统耗散结构的演化机理模型,并进一步探讨具有针对性的创新压力管理策略。
As an important constituent part of the national science and technology innovation system, SKL faces many innovation pressures from two aspects : internal and external. It is of very important realistic significance to research theoretical characteristics and management strategy of innovation pressure in SKL. On the basis of the dissipative structure theory in natural science, this paper analy- zes the formation and evolution of dissipative structure of innovation pressure system in SKL, puts forward evolution mechanism model of innovation pressure system of SKL, and further discusses directional innovation pressure management strategies.
