英文摘要：

As an important constituent part of the national science and technology innovation system, SKL faces many innovation pressures from two aspects ： internal and external. It is of very important realistic significance to research theoretical characteristics and management strategy of innovation pressure in SKL. On the basis of the dissipative structure theory in natural science, this paper analy- zes the formation and evolution of dissipative structure of innovation pressure system in SKL, puts forward evolution mechanism model of innovation pressure system of SKL, and further discusses directional innovation pressure management strategies.
