目的 利用压电晶体在液相环境中阻尼效应(非质量效应),研究能定量、高灵敏度、低检测限、快速的内毒素生物传感检测系统。方法 通过对石英晶体传感探头表面的光滑处理和亲水性处理得到性能(消除质量负载影响、提高液固偶合效应)更好的传感器探头,提高测量的稳定性和重复性,降低测量的检测下限。利用CPLD器件和LabView软件将整个测量系统做成一种微型的自动化的内毒素检测系统,实现测量数据的自动采集、分析和结果显示。结果 不同浓度的内毒素与频移最终稳定值存在良好的线性关系。结论 通过建立的频移数据,能够准确、方便地得到内毒素浓度。
Objective To develop a quantitative,highly sensitive,low detection limit and fast endotoxin(ET) biosensing de- tection system by utilizing the piezoelectric crystal's damping effect (non-mass effect) in the liquid phase environment. Methods The sensor probe of better performance (eliminating the quality load effects and improving the liquid-solid coupling effect) was ob- tained by using the smoothing processing and hydrophilic processing of a quartz crystal sensor probe surface,thus the stability and repeatability of measurement were increased and the low detection limit of measurement was decreased. The whole measurement system was made into a miniature and automated endotoxin detection system by using CPLD device and LabView software to realize the automatic collection,and analysis and results display of measurement data. Results The good linear relationship existed be- tween different concentrations of endotoxin and the stable value of frequency shift. Conclusion By the established data of frequency shift,the endotoxin concentration can be obtained accurately and conveniently
