以自行研发的履带式微型水稻联合收割机动力底盘为研究对象,基于多目标最优化设计的理论方法,建立以驱动功率损失率为动力性分目标,以额定工况燃油消耗量为经济性分目标,采用加权系数将其转化为单一目标函数,对传动系统参数优化,最后运用Cruise对履带收割机等效建模,对动力性经济性指标进行仿真并与实验数据进行比对,结果表明该优化方法是正确的。
This paper takes the dynamic chassis of a combined miniature paddy rice harvester as research object. On this basis and the theory method of multi-objects optimization to establish the drive power loss as the power of sub goals and rated conditions, fuel consumption as the goal for the economy. Using the weighted coefficients transform it into a single objective function, using vehicle simu-lation model of AVL cruise to build the prototype, and simulate the prototype power and economic. Comparison and analysis of the simulation results, and the results were compared and analyzed to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.
