以苯甲醛、多硫化铵及水合肼为原料合成苯硫酰肼,研究苯硫酰肼与香草醛的反应,合成出新型的,含“NCS”基团的非缩氨基硫脲化合物——香草醛-苯硫羰基腙.通过红外光谱分析,证实了苯硫酰腙化合物结构中硫羰腙基团的存在,表明苯甲醛硫酰肼与香草醛的合成反应是成功的;通过质谱分析得出香草醛苯硫羰基腙化合物出现分子离子峰,碎片离子峰的质荷比(m·z^-1)分别为286,284,J63,150,137,121,103,78等,而基峰质荷比为137,数据与预期的目标化合物吻合较好.
In this paper benzylthiohydrazide was prepared from benzaldehyde, ammonium polysnlphide solution and hydrazine hydrate. The reaction of benzylthiohydrazide and vanillin was studied, and the new non-thiosemicarbazone compound with "NCS" group was achieved. The thiocarboxyhydrazone group are confirmed to exist at the benzyhhioacyl- hydrazone compound by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR). And the result shows that the reaction of benzylthiohydrazide and vanillin are sucessful. In mass spectrometry of the vanillin benzylthiocarboxyhydrazone compound, the molecular ion and the characteristic fragment ion were observed at m ·z^-1 286,284,163,150,137,121,103,78 and the base peak at m·z ^-137. The above experimental results are consistent with the target compound.
