以大柳塔矿树脂锚杆支护设计为基础,采用工程类比法进行综采工作面巷道新型机械锚杆支护设计.采用最新锚杆施工机具及工艺,保证钻孔垂直于项板岩面,孔深及锚杆扭矩满足新型机械锚杆的设计要求.锚杆受力、围岩深部位移、项板离层及巷道表面位移综合观测表明,受回采动压影响后,试验巷道稳定,支护效果好.同树脂锚杆相比,新型机械锚杆节省了安装、搅拌树脂和等待树脂凝固时间,大大提高了综采工作面巷道施工速度.
Based on the supporting design of resin anchoring bolt in Daliuta coal mine, the engineering analogy method was adopted to design the supporting system using the new type of mechanical anchoring bolt in the testing entry of fully mechanized mining face. The latest con- structing machine and the newest technology were adopted to ensure that the borehole is perpendicular to the rock face of roof and that the depth of borehole and the torsional moment of the anchoring bolt meet the design requirement. The anchorage force of bolt, the displacement of deep surrounding rock, and the surface displacement of the gateway were comprehensively observed, indicating that the testing entry affected by dynamical mining pressure still keeps stable, achieving a good supporting effect. Saving the mixing and solidifying time, the new type of mechanical anchoring bolt can greatly improve the construction speed of roadway of fully mechanized working face.
