通过分析我国深井热害现状,阐述了我国煤矿深井热害资源化利用潜力,进而提出了我国煤矿低碳生产技术工艺,并通过实例对HEMS低碳生产效果进行了分析。研究表明:深井热害资源化利用技术不仅可通过HEMS工艺技术实现热害变废为宝,也可有效改善井下热环境;同时通过利用矿井涌水提取井下热能代替井上燃煤锅炉供热,可最终解决深部矿区面临的热害和环境污染两个问题,促进矿区低碳环境经济发展,实现我国煤矿低碳生产。
Through analysis of the status of heat damage,this paper describes the polential of the use of heat damage in deep mine and proposes a low-carbon production technology.In the end,an example of HEMS analyzes the effect of low-carbon production.The results show that HEMS technology utilization of heat damage in deep mine can not only transform waste to treasure,but also effectively improve the thermal environment of underground.At the same time,extraction of heat resources in coal mine through mine water to replace coal-fired boiler heating on the ground can eventually solve the two problems of heat damage in deep mine and environmental pollution.The technology can promote low-carbon environmental economic development in coal mine,so as to achieve low-carbon coal production in China.
