As the Pearl River delta economic development demands for business English majors has great market potential, this paper discusses the business English graduates employment pests, and puts forward clearly the abilities business English graduates should have: elementary abilities; professional abilities; practical abilities. Then the author discusses about the teaching mode of business English intensive course which is closely consistent with the above abilities fostering, such as the task-based teaching, context teaching.
