There is a tendency to internationalization in higher education due to the economic globalization for the development of world trade, information, and higher education. In China, it is necessary for higher schools to take some active measures to internationalize higher education by exploring new cooperation mode of schooling, perfecting educational system for international students, and working out proper training strategies for talented people.
