The phenomenon of Fine Chemical Inspection Technology in private colleges and universities was mainly summarized. In the experimental teaching, there were some phenomena such as the unevenness of students＇ culture, the obsolete teaching materials and the backwardness of teaching methods, which were caused by different educational backgrounds. In view of these problems, characteristics of the eourse of the teaching content, teaching methods, virtual laboratory construction and assessment of the reform carried out a preliminary exploration, through these reform measures to stimulate students＇ interest in learning and improve learning efficiency, so as to cultivate high-quality technical skills application of talent to provide reference.
