研究了栖息于横断山区大绒鼠和高山姬鼠低温暴露条件下最大代谢率的变化。结果表明:大绒鼠和高山姬鼠在低温驯化组冷诱导最大代谢率(maximum metabolic rate,MMR)均显著高于对照组,对照组和冷驯化组高山姬鼠的最大代谢率均高于大绒鼠,两种啮齿类动物冬季的呼吸因子(MMR/MR)在小型哺乳动物中较低。低温暴露后,两种啮齿类动物的呼吸因子增加。以上大绒鼠和高山姬鼠冷诱导最大代谢率的差异可能说明:这两种啮齿类动物在面对低温时很有可能采取了不同的生理对策来适应。
The article mainly studies the changes of maximum metabolic rates (MMR) under cold exposure in Eothenomys miletus and Apodemus chevrieri from Hengduan mountainous region. The results show that the cold--induced MMR of the clod acclimation group are higher than that in control group both in E. miletus and A. chevrieri;the MMR of A. chevrieri in control group and cold exposure group is higher than that of E ·miletus in the two groups. The respiratory factors (MMR/MR) of the two rodents are lower both in E · miletus and A. chevrieri compared with other small mammals in winter. The respiratory factors increase after cold acclimation. The differences of MMR under cold exposure may indicate that they may adopt differ ent physiological strategies when facing pressure from cold temperature.
