为了研究温度和光照对大绒鼠能量收支的影响,测定了低温短光(5丈-shortphotoperiod,5-SD)、低温长光(5丈-longphotoperiod,5_LD)、高温短光(3〇^-shortphotoperiod,3〇-SD)和高温长光(3〇^-longphotoperiod,3〇-LD)条件下大绒鼠的体重、摄入能、消化能、可代谢能、粪尿能、消化率和可代谢能效率。结果表明:大绒鼠在5-SD和5-LD驯化下,体重随驯化时间逐渐降低;摄入能、消化能、可代谢能则逐渐增加;粪尿能、消化率、可代谢能效率无显著变化。在30-SD和30-LD驯化下,体重随驯化时间逐渐增加;摄入能、消化能、可代谢能则逐渐降低;粪尿能、消化率、可代谢能效率无显著变化。双因素方差分析表明,大绒鼠能量代谢特征对温度比较敏感。以上结果说明温度是影响大绒鼠能量收支策略的重要环境因子。大绒鼠在寒冷的环境条件下,低温诱导体重降低、摄食量增加,这是大绒鼠在抵抗低温胁迫维持能量平衡时重要的适应策略。
In order to investigate the effects of temperature and photoperiod on energy budget in Eothenomys miletus,body m ass, energy intake, digestive energy, metabolize energy, fecal and urine energy, digestibility and metabolity were measured under cold and short photoperiod ( 5 -SD ) , cold and long photoperiod ( 5 -LD ) , warm and short photoperiod (3 0 -S D ) , warm and long photoperiod ( 30-LD ) conditions. The results showed body mass decreased, but energy intake, digestive energy and metabolize energy increased significantly under 5-SD and 5-LDgroups. Body mass increased, energy intake, digestive energy and metabolize energy decreased significantly under30-SD and 30-LD groups. Fecal and urine energy, digestibility and metabolity appeared no significant differencesamong four groups. Characteristics of energy budget in E. miletus was more sensitive to temperature. All of these results showed that temperature is the important factor influencing the energy balance strategy in E. miletus. E. miletusinduced body mass lo ss, increased food intake were impotent in resistance to cold temperature to maintain energy balance.
