为了让学生掌握植物生长发育各阶段有效积温测定的方法,进一步加深对温度与植物关系的认识。详细阐述了植物生长发育有效积温测定的实验过程:将大豆种子和玉米种子植入三角瓶中分别置于不同温度下培养,观察记录种子的发育状态和时间,由于在不同温度下种子的发育状态和时间不同,可根据观察和记录的结果计算其有效积温。实验原理和结果可为蔬菜和花卉等作物的大棚栽培和移植提供科学的理论依据,也可激发学生对生物学知识学习和应用的兴趣。
In order to enable students to master the method of determining the effective accumulated temperature in different stages of plant growth and development, the understanding of the relationship between temperature and plant was further deepened. This paper described the experimental process of determining the effective accumulated temperature of plant growth and development. The soybean seeds and maize seeds were implanted into the triangular flask at different temperatures, respectively. Because of the different development state and time of seeds at different temperatures, the effective accumulated temperature could be calculated according to the results of observation and record. The principle and results of the experiment could provide scientific theoretical basis for the cultivation and transplantation of vegetables and flowersand could stimulate students' interest in learning and application of biological knowledge.
