目的研究我国南海丛柳珊瑚(Paraplexaura sp.)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和反相半制备HPLC等方法分离化合物,根据波谱数据和理化常数确定其结构。结果从南海丛柳珊瑚中分离得到9个化合物,鉴定为:胆甾-4-烯-3β,6β-二醇(1)、24-亚甲基胆甾-5-烯-3-羟基-7-酮(2)、神经酰胺(E)-N-2-(1,3-二羟基-4-十八烯基)-十六酰胺(3)、胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(4)、尿嘧啶核苷(5)、咖啡因(6)、氨茶碱(7)、胸腺嘧啶(8)、鲨肝醇(9)。结论化合物2~8均为首次从该种属珊瑚中分离得到,其中6、7在植物中较为常见,从丛珊瑚中分离得到尚属首次。
OBJECTIVE To study the organic compounds of the Gorgonian Coral Paraplexaura sp. collected from the South China Sea. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and senti-preparative reverse-phase HPLC ( C18 ). Their structures were identified by their physical and spectral data. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated from Paraplexaura sp. , and their structures were identified as cholest-4-ene-3β, 6β-diol ( 1 ), ergosta-5,24 ( 28 )-dien-7-one, 3β-hydroxy ( 2 ), N-2-( 1,3-di- hydroxyoctadecan-4,8-dieny) -hexadecamide ( 3 ), thymidine ( 4 ), uridine ( 5 ), caffeine ( 6 ) , aminophylline ( 7 ), thymine ( 8 ) and batyl alcohol (9). CONCLUSION Compounds 2 -8 were isolated from Paraplexaura so. for the first time, Compounds 6 and 7 are commom in plants, but they were isolated from coral for the first time.
