Five compounds with nitrogen have been isolated from Hyatella. sp collected from the Naozhou island of China South Sea and identified as ： cyclo （Pro-Thr） （ 1 ）, 2-hydroxy-N- （ 1,3,4-trihydroxy-17-methyloctadecan-2-yl-18-methyli- cosanamide （2） ,2-hydroxy-N-（ 1,3,4-trihydroxy-17-methyloctadecan-2-yl） -19-methylheneicosanamide （3） ,2-hydroxy- N- （ 1,3,4 -tri-hydroxy- 17 -methyl-octadecan-2-yl） -20-methylbehenamide （ 4 ） and 5 -methyl-pryrimidine-2,4 （ 1 H, 3 H ） - dione （5）. Their structures were determined on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data. Compound 1 was isolated from nature for the first time.
