采用自由基聚合法,以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,DTC为阳离子功能单体,选择非离子单体AC,共聚合制备阳离子型改性剂PDA,并对棉织物进行阳离子改性及涂料染色。考察了单体配比、引发剂浓度和反应时间等因素对产物性能和改性效果的影响。结果表明,单体摩尔配比(AC∶DTC)为2∶8,APS摩尔浓度为1.0×10^-2mol/L,于80℃反应3 h而制备的PDA,用于改性棉织物涂料染色,其K/S值和上染率最高。
Cationic modifier PDA was prepared with nonionic monomer AC and functional monomer DTC and initiator APS (ammonium persulfate) by means of radical polymerization, and cotton fabric modified with PDA followed by pigment dyeing was carried out. The results showed that: when monomer mole ratio(AC/DTC) was 2: 8,the concentration of initiator 1.0 × 10^-2 mol/L, and reaction at 80~C for three hours, cationic modifier (PDA) could impart cotton fabric higher pigment yield and K/S value.
