采用空气/氩气次辉光放电等离子体对涤纶织物表面进行改性预处理,再用浅品色纳米颜料墨水进行喷墨印花。探讨了等离子体处理对涤纶织物喷墨印花K/S值、防渗效果和纤维表面形貌等影响。结果表明,经混合气体等离子体处理后,涤纶织物的亲水性和防渗性显著提高,喷墨印花图案清晰、得色量提高,且不影响印花色牢度,并优于相同条件下空气等离子体处理效果;其最佳氩气混合比例为20%,最佳处理条件为:功率300W、时间150s、极板间距3mm。
surface modification of polyester fabric with pseudoglow discharge plasma was carried out in atmospheric-pressure argon and air. The samples were jet printed with light magenta pigment inks. The influence of plasma pretreatment on K/S value, anti-bleeding, and surface configuration of the prints was discussed. The results showed that with argon/air mixture plas- ma treatment, polyester fabrics featured superior hydrophilicity and anti bleeding property compared to that with air individually, and the inkjet prints possessed enhanced color yields and better sharpness, as well as no negative effect on color fastness. The optimum plasma treatment conditions were defined as follows: rate of argon in the mixture 20%, plasma exposure time 150 seconds with a distance of 3mm between two plates and discharge power around 300 W.
