以空气、氩气为气氛的常压等离子体对涤纶织物进行表面改性,再用蓝色纳米颜料墨水进行喷墨印花。探讨了等离子体处理对涤纶表面形貌、化学组分、润湿性,以及印花性能的影响。研究发现,常压等离子处理涤纶织物后,可提高喷墨印花的清晰度和颜色鲜艳度,改善了渗化性能;XPS谱显示,涤纶表面的化学组分也发生了改变;扫描电镜分析显示,等离子体处理后纤维表面产生凹坑。
Surface modification of polyester fabric was carried out by atmospheric-pressure air and argon plasma and then ink-jet printed with blue pigment ink. The influence of plasma treatment on the morphology and chemical component of polyester fiber, wettability and performance of ink-jet printing was discussed. It was founded that the sharpness and brightness of ink-jet printed polyester fabric treated by atmospheric-pressure plasma were improved, the bleeding was prevented. The X-ray photo- electron spectroscopy (XPS) showed that the chemical component of polyester surface was changed. Analysis of scanning electron microscope indicated that the surface of fabrics treated by plasma was etched.
