采用丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯等单体,以乳液聚合法合成稳定的阳离子型聚合物乳液,并将其作为黏合剂应用于棉织物涂料轧染染色。阳离子乳液与阴离子黏合剂相比,二者粒径分布相似,但前者粒径更小,稳定性较好。扫描电子显微镜分析表明,阳离子乳液与纤维具有较强的结合力,能在织物表面形成完整而均匀的薄膜。另外,织物的弯曲刚度及弯曲滞后矩变化较小,手感和摩擦牢度很好。
Stable cationic polymer emulsions were prepared by emulsion polymerization method with n-butyl acrylate and styrene as monomers, its application to pigment pad dyeing as an adhesive was carried out. Compared with anionic binders, cationic emulsions had similar particle size distribution, smaller particle sizes and better stability. Scanning electronic microscope observation indicated that cationic emulsion could form consistent and uniform membrane on fabric surface owing to strong binding force between cationic adhesive and the fiber. Fabrics treated with cationic emulsion followed by pigment dyeing featured low bending rigidity and hysteresis of bending, good rubbing fastness and soft handle.
