多元醇的种类和用量对超细分散染料喷印墨水的印花效果有很大影响。选择甘油、二甘醇、乙二醇和1,2-丙二醇配制墨水,并进行喷墨印花,测试了墨水的稳定性、保湿性和粘度,探讨其印花效果。结果表明,甘油、二甘醇和乙二醇在一定的用量范围内适宜用作墨水的保湿剂,能提高超细分散染料的稳定性、保湿性和织物的K/S值;而1,2-丙二醇虽然能提高超细分散染料墨水的稳定性和保湿性,但会降低分散染料的转移率和织物的K/S值,不宜用于超细分散染料墨水。
The type and amount of polyvalent alcohol have a great impact on printing effect with disperse dye ink. In this paper, impacts of the amount of polwalent alcohols (glycerol, ethylene glycol, glycol and 1,2-propanediol) individually on the inkjet printing of the formulated inks were investigated. The influence of the concentration of moisturizing agent on the viscosity, moisture retention and stability was discussed as well. The results show that glycerol, ethylene glycol and glycol can be act as a moisturizing agent, because of good storage stability, moisture retention and K/S value of the prints. Although 1,2-propanedial can impart the inks good storage stability and moisture retention, it will block dye transfer and reduce K/S value.
