为了获得动态性能好、控制精度高的工程机械发动机动态加载试验装置,以测试发动机在变负荷工况下的输出特性,构建了基于恒压网络二次调节系统的模型和以预测函数(PFC)为控制算法的新型静液传动加载装置,对其数学模型进行仿真分析,并在所构建的恒压二次调节加载试验台上进行试验研究。研究结果表明:加载频率在3Hz内时,所构建的试验装置可完全满足工程机械发动机的工作要求;转矩幅值控制精度可达96%,响应时间小于0.08s;与传统的测功机相比,该试验装置具有较好的动态性能和加载精度,有利于工程机械发动机动态性能的进一步研究。
In order to test the output characteristics of engine under variable load, the construction machinery engine dynamic loading test device with good dynamic performance and high control precision was studied. A new type of hydrostatic transmission load device was constructed based on secondary regulation system of constant pressure network, with the prediction function (PFC) as the control algorithm. Simulation analysis for the mathematical model and experimental research on the secondary regulation loading test bench of constant pressure network were conducted. The results show that when the loading frequency is within 3 Hz, the test device can completely satisfy the requirements work; the accuracy of torqu 0.08 s; compared with and loading precision, dynamic performance. trad whi the construction machinery engine e amplitude control can reach 96% and the response time is less than itional dynamometer, the test device has good dynamic performance ch is helpful for further study on construction machinery engine dynamic performance.
