为了深入分析叶片结构对沥青混合料加热效果的影响,提高热风式沥青路面养护车的加热效率,文章建立了2种典型叶片结构的沥青混合料加热滚筒三维分析模型,采用有限容积法,利用混合模型、滑移网格模型、标准κ-ε双方程模型和传热模型对沥青混合料的加热过程进行数值模拟,得到滚筒出风口温度变化曲线与滚筒内温度场分布云图,分析了叶片结构、滚筒转速对沥青混合料加热效率的影响。研究结果表明:滚筒转速对L形叶片结构加热效率影响较大,原因是转速对提料叶片形成料帘的影响较大,转速为7r/min时,加热效率最高,用时最短为1 670s,同时混合料温差最小,加热均匀性最好;滚筒转速对螺旋结构叶片加热效率影响不大,为降低能耗,转速为5~6r/min最佳。
In order to analyze the influence of the roller blade structure on asphalt mixture heating effect, improve the heating efficiency of hot air asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle, the 3D analysis model of asphalt mixture heating roller with two typical blade structures was established. The finite volume method and the mixture model, sliding mesh model, k-epsilon model and radiation model were used to simulate the heating process of asphalt mixture. The roller outlet temperature change curve and roller temperature field distribution were obtained, and the influence of blade structure and rota- tional speed of the roller on the asphalt mixture heating efficiency was analyzed. The research results show that for the roller with L type blade structure, the rotational speed of the roller affects the effi- ciency of heating greatly because the speed of lifting blade has greater influence on the forming of ma- terial curtain. When the rotational speed is 7 r/rain, the heating efficiency is the highest, with the shortest time of 1 670 s, at the same time, the mixture temperature difference is smallest, and the heating uniformity is the best. For the helix blade structure, the rotational speed has little effect on the heating efficiency. To reduce the energy consumption, the optimal rotational speed is 5-6 r/min.
