【目的】通过仿真分析,研究不同形状的加热板对沥青混合料加热滚筒加热效率的影响,为沥青混合料加热滚筒加热板的选择提供理论依据.【方法】建立加热滚筒内部沥青混合料流场和加热板与沥青混合料间的传热数学模型,通过Fluent仿真软件建立平面板、凹形板、凸形板3种典型形状的加热板三维模型,分析不同加热板,加热滚筒对沥青混合料的加热效率.【结果】不同的加热板形状对加热滚筒加热效率有较大的影响,其中凹形加热板加热效率最高,并且加热均匀性最好;平面形加热板加热效率次之,凸形加热板加热效率最低.【结论】由于在实际工况中凹形板易发生回火,建议加热板设计为由4-6块弧度略小于180°的凸形板拼接组成的凹形圆弧加热板,这种加热板可有效提高加热效率.
【Objective】In order to study the effect of heating plate with different shapes on the heating efficiency of the asphalt mixture heating roller,and provide theoretical basis for the selection of heating plate for heating roller of asphalt mixture.【Method】The flow field of asphalt mixture inside the roller and heat transfer mathematical model between heating plate and asphalt mixture were established.By using Fluent simulation software,the 3D model of heating plate with 3typical shapes of flat plate,concave plate and convex plate were established,and the effect of different heating plates on the heating efficiency of asphalt mixture was analyzed.【Result】The shape of the heating plate has a greater influence on the heating efficiency of the heating roller,the concave heating plate has the highest heating efficiency,and the heating uniformity is the best.The heating efficiency of the planar heating plate is the second,the heating efficiency of convex heating plate is the lowest.【Conclusion】Because of the actual working conditions,the concave plate is easy to temper,therefore,it is suggested that the heating plate is designed to be slightly less than180°of the convex plate of the 4-6blocks,and the concave heating plate can be effectively improved.
