为了提高沥青混合料的加热效率与均匀性、降低能源消耗、提高路面就地热再生的施工质量,针对沥青路面养护车加热滚筒不同结构的螺旋叶片,利用Fluent仿真软件,通过数值模拟和分析,建立沥青混合料的流动及加热三维分析模型,采用混合模型、标准k-ε双方程模型、P1辐射模型的方法,研究不同螺旋角螺旋叶片对沥青混合料加热效率及加热均匀性的影响.研究结果表明:螺旋叶片的螺旋角对沥青混合料的加热效率以及加热均匀性影响较大,其中68°螺旋叶片加热效率最高、加热均匀性最好,为加热滚筒螺旋叶片的设计提供了借鉴.
To improve the heating efficiency and uniformity of asphalt mixture,reduce energy consumption and improve the quality of asphalt pavement in place recycling,aimed at the heating roller of asphalt pavement maintenance equipment,the different structures of blade were designed.Through numerical simulation and analysis via Fluent,the 3Danalysis model of asphalt mixture were established.The mixture model,stand k-εmodel and P1 model were obtained in this simulation.The influence of the different helix angle of blade upon the heating efficiency and uniformity about asphalt mixture was discussed.Results show that the heating efficiency and uniformity of asphalt mixture are significantly different among distinct helix angles of blade.The heating efficiency and uniformity of asphalt mixture is the best when the helix angle of blade is 68°,which provides a reference for the designing blade of the heating roller.
