沥青路面的就地热再生时,级配的变异性会引起混合料出现离析、压实困难、层间连接不良等许多问题,这直接影响到再生后沥青路面的路用性能。从就地热再生材料级配控制出发,对原路面材料级配及沥青老化程度进行测试,并依据测试结果对沥青路面就地热再生材料级配进行优化设计,在此基础上进行了再生混合料水稳定性、高温稳定性、低温抗开裂性等性能实验。实验结果表明通过对就地热再生混合料各级配组成材料的严格控制与优化设计,可以获得各项技术指标符合要求的就地热再生混合料,能够恢复沥青路面原有的路用性能。
In the process of hot in-place recycling mixture for asphalt pavement, the gradation variability will cause segregation, compaction difficulty and poor interlayer connection of the mixture. This will directly affect the load performance of recycled asphalt pavement. From the material gradation control of hot in place recycling, the original pavement material gradation and aging degree of asphalt are tested. Based on the tested result, the optimization design of material gradation for hot in-place recycling of asphalt pavement is performed. On this basis, the performances, including water stability, high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of the recycled mixture are tested. The experimental result shows that through strictly control and optimization design of the gradation composition material of hot in-place recycling mixture, the hot in place recycling mixture whose all technical indexes meet the requirement can be obtained, and the original road performance of asphalt pavement can be recovered.
