混凝土耐久性问题是世界范围内所面临的一个难题,劣化混凝土结构由于耐久性不足而亟需修复。应变硬化水泥基复合材料(Strain hardening cementitious composites,简称SHCC)通过采用高模量的PVA(聚乙烯醇)纤维,基于微观物理力学原理优化设计而具有应变硬化特性和高韧性特征。采用SHCC对劣化混凝土结构进行修复,可大大改善其耐久性。概括了SHCC在收缩、疲劳和老化作用下,以及在冻融循环、干湿循环、高碱和氯盐环境中优异的耐久性能,表明SHCC可有效解决脆性的水泥基修复材料短期内再次开裂而导致的反复修补状况,显著延长严酷环境既有混凝土结构的使用寿命。
The deterioration of concrete structures induced by inadequate durability of concrete is a serious problem now all over the world,such concrete structures can not achieve their design service life and are desiderated to repair.Strain Hardening Cementitious Composites(SHCC) is a newly developed,high-performance,PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol)fiber-reinforced cementitious composite with substantial benefit in both tensile strain-hardening and high ductile behavior.Using SHCC to repair deteriorated concrete structures can greatly improve the durability of these structures.This paper presents the excellent durable performance of SHCC under shrinkage,fatigue and accelerated aging effect as well as freezing-thawing cycles,wet-dry cycles,highly alkaline and chloride environments,which indicates that SHCC can be as durable material to effectively solve the problem of repeated repair caused by cracking again of brittle cementitious materials in short time and then significantly extend the service life of existing concrete structures in severe environment.This paper can give a reference for person who is also interested in SHCC.
