顶岗实习作为重要的教学实践环节,已经受到很多高校的重视.从师范生顶岗实习的实践意义、师范生在顶岗实习中课堂教学技能存在的问题、提升顶岗实习师范生课堂教学技能三方面分析.提出提升课堂教学技能的策略：一是提升实习生职业认知能力;二是提高师范生对新课标理念下教学设计思路的理解;三是加强师范生教学技能训练.

Post practice as an important part of teaching practice,has received a lot of attention to colleges and universities.In this paper practical significance of normal students post practice,post practice normal students in the classroom teaching skills problems,upgrading post practice normal students＇ teaching skills three aspects are discussed and analyzed.First,enhance cognitive abilities intern occupation;second,improve student teachers teaching new concept design ideas understanding;and third,strengthen the students＇ teaching skills training.
