顶岗实习作为重要的教学实践环节,已经受到很多高校的重视.从师范生顶岗实习的实践意义、师范生在顶岗实习中课堂教学技能存在的问题、提升顶岗实习师范生课堂教学技能三方面分析.提出提升课堂教学技能的策略:一是提升实习生职业认知能力;二是提高师范生对新课标理念下教学设计思路的理解;三是加强师范生教学技能训练.
