拾振传感器的附加质量效应会对轻质扁平结构的模态试验结果产生显著的影响,并会进一步影响参数识别、有限元建模以及后续计算的精度与正确性。以某制动器的制动底板为例,建立了附加拾振传感器的有限元模型,通过试验模态分析验证了模型的有效性,进而分析拾振传感器的结构参数、布置数量以及位置对模态频率的影响。研究发现,拾振传感器的质量、弹性模量、布置位置以及数量对模态频率有显著影响。对于附加拾振传感器的模态试验,需要根据有限元分析结果,以指导试验。
The additional mass effect of the vibration transducer has a significant influence on the modal test results of the lightweight and flat structure. Furthermore it will affect the parameters identification, finite element modeling and the precision and accuracy ofthe followed calculations. The backing plate of a brake system was taken as an example and a finite element model with vibration transducers was built. Through the experimental modal analysis the validity of the finite element model was verified.The effects of structural parameters, the number and location of the vibration transducers were analyzed. It was found that the mass, the elastic modulus, the location and number of the transducers have a significant impact on the modal frequencies. The finite element simulation results provide a guidefor the modal test with the added vibration transducers.
