为了弥补制动踏板感觉整车试验和评价的不足,研究关键因素对制动踏板感觉的影响,开发构建了乘用车制动踏板感觉试验台架,制定了台架试验方案和评价方法,并进行了制动踏板感觉台架试验,通过与整车试验结果的对比,验证了制动踏板感觉台架试验的有效性。接着通过台架试验重点研究了推杆速度和助力器真空度对制动踏板感觉的影响。结果表明:推杆速度和真空度对制动踏板感觉特性的诸多参数与评价指标有一定的影响,其中真空度的影响更为显著。
In order to make up for the inadequacies of vehicle test and evaluation of brake pedal feel,and study the influences of key factors on brake pedal feel,a brake pedal feel test rig is developed and built. Test program and evaluation methods are formulated and brake pedal feel bench test is carried out. The results of vehicle test verify the effectiveness of brake pedal feel test. Then the influences of push rod speed and booster vacuum on brake pedal feel are emphatically studied in bench test. The results show that the push rod speed and booster vacuum have definite influences on various parameters and evaluation indicators of brake pedal feel characteristics,in which the effect of vacuum degree is more significant.
