针对某车型的前挡风玻璃,基于模态试验方法测量其自由模态特性.在逆向扫描获得其表面点云的基础上,利用CATIA软件建立几何模型.基于Hypermesh软件建立有限单元模型,并进行自由模态仿真.通过试验与仿真结果的对比验证了该有限单元模型的可靠性,为前挡风玻璃的其它动力学分析提供了依据.
A free modal test was conducted to obtain the modal parameters of a front windshield. By using the technology of reverse scanning, the point clouds of the windshield surface were obtained and a geometric model was established by using CATIA. Then, a finite element model was established and the natural modal characteristics were calculated by using Hypermesh. The finite element model of the front windshield was validated through the comparison of calculation results and the test ones. It is found that the modal model of windshield can be used for other dynamical analysis.
