图像分割是一种重要的图像技术,一直以来都受到人们的普遍重视和研究,在各个领域也得到广泛的应用。随着影像医学的发展,图像分割在医学应用中的重要意义也越来越明显。从医学应用的角度出发,通过对阈值法与区域生长法做出改进,提出一种感兴趣空间邻域体的快速分割方法,该方法有效结合从医学三维数据集中获得的感兴趣空间邻域体的二维切片图像及其空间信息,是一种半自动的分割方法。
Image segmentation,which is an important imaging technology,has always been paid attentions to as well as researched by people,and has been widely applied to various fields.With the development of medical imaging,image segmentation becomes more and more important in medical applications.This paper,from the viewpoint of medical application,by improving the threshold and region growing methods,puts forward a fast segmentation method of interesting space neighborhood,which is a semi-automatic segmentation method that combines its 2D slice images and spatial information retrieved from the 3D medical dataset.
