基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论;采用多刚体动力学理论建立车辆系统动力学方程;以梁-板-板有限元模型模拟板式轨道;通过轮轨关系将车辆系统和板式轨道系统联系在一起;建立车辆-板式轨道耦合动力学模型。采用德国高速低干扰谱作为轮轨激励进行板式轨道动力学仿真分析。车辆参数按200 km/h动车组选取;轨道参数参照遂渝线板式轨道结构选取;计算多种车辆运行速度下板式轨道的动力响应;并与遂渝线无砟轨道综合试验段动力学测试结果对比。仿真计算结果与试验数据吻合较好,表明该模型正确可靠,可用于研究车辆荷载作用下板式轨道的动力学问题。
A vehicle-slab track dynamic model was established on the basis of the vehicle-track coupled dynamics theory.In this model,multi-body system(MBS) modeling techniques were combined with the techniques based on the finite-element method(FEM).MBS modeling was used for modeling the vehicle and FEM for simulating the slab track.Dynamic responses of slab tracks subjected to moving vehicles at various speeds were simulated with the German railway spectrum of low irregularity as the irregularities of rail.The simulation results were compared with the experiment results measured in the comprehensive experimental section of slab tracks on the Sui-Yu Railway Line.The numerical results were in good agreement with the test ones,and the dependability of the vehicle-slab track dynamic model is verified at the same time.Further research of vehicle-slab track coupled dynamics can be carried out using the model.
