目的 对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊耳鸣患者进行调查分析,以了解耳鸣对患者生活质量及心理的影响。方法 对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊225例耳鸣为第一主诉的就诊患者进行问卷调查。结果 耳鸣对患者的生活质量及心理均存在不同程度的影响,耳鸣造成患者精神紧张的占88.4%,影响患者生活的乐趣占82.2%,使患者抑郁占78.7%,使患者感到厌烦占77.8%。结论 耳鸣与患者生活质量及心情密切相关.专科医护人员应给予相应的护理干预,以调整患者心态,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate and analyze tinnitus of patients in and in order to understand the influence of tinnitus on patients' quality of life and psychological status, Methods 225 patients whose first complaint was tinnitus in ENT outpatient department were investigated by questionnaires. Results Tinnitus had influence on patients' quality of life and psychological status. Among 225 patients, 88.4% of them had psychological tension because of tinnitus; 82.2% were influenced on their living interests; 78.7% felt depression; 77.8% felt bored. Conclusions Tinnitus had close relationship with patients' quality of life and mood. Medical staff should take nursing interventions to patients' psychological status and promote their quality of life.
