It is proven, under suitable conditions, that whenever the MLE βn for the parameter β0 of the Generalized Linear Models satisfies the limit theorem of the form Fn^1/2（β0）（βn-β0）→dN（0,I）, the result still holds if β0 in Fn^1/2 （β0） is replaced by βn.
