技术创新评价是新产品开发方案优选的基础。本文构建了多维技术创新地图与可拓集合的方案评价模型,挖掘技术创新维度及创新法则,并采用博弈论综合赋权法确定指标权重,实现对新产品开发方案技术创新、客户满意度及市场价值的综合考量。然后,通过实证研究验证了该方法的有效性。结果显示,在创新维度挖掘中,顾客主要关注其功能性及经济性,而获得持续性市场的产品则需要满足其绿色性需求,同时兼顾企业自身创新资源状况进行技术创新。根据研究结果,提出应在企业创新能力评估基础上,以顾客需求为中心,兼顾低碳性、环保性等社会需求,充分挖掘新产品的创新维度,并注重创新要素组合的技术可行性,进而保证新产品开发方案设计的科学性。
The evaluation of technological innovation in new product development is the basis of project optimization. This paper uses multidimensional technology innovation map and extension theory to construct evaluation model, extracts the new product innovation dimensions and innovation rules, and applies the game theory comprehensive weighting method to determine the index weights, which can evaluate the programme from the angles of technical innovation, customer satisfaction and market prospect. The results show that the new product development programme should not only consider its functional require- ments, but also its sustainability and enterprise resources. Finally, this paper suggests that the enterprise should take the customer demands as the center, and pay attention to low carbon, environmental protection and other social needs on the basis of self innovation ability evaluation, so as to ensure the scientific design of new product development programme.
