As an important part of the internal environment of innovation, the role of innovative climate in the enterprise innovation becomes increasingly prominent. With the rising demand for innovation, the impact of innovative climate on the staff innovation willingness and innovative performance has drawn more and more attention. By summarizing existing research results and studying the influence of innovative climate on the staff innovation willingness and innovative performance from the individual and organizational level, this paper proposes the innovation management mechanism of promoting enterprises＇ innovative climate and the formation of staff innovation willingness to enhance innovative performance on the basis of the mediating role of staff innovation willing ness.
