煤层气开采是一项复杂的系统工程,对其过程进行剖析并优化改进是提高煤层气开采产量的重要手段之一。本文采用工业设计(ID)和工业工程(IE)融合形成的IDE技术创新方法,以局部优化为基础,以整体优化为目标,从ID角度对煤层气开采过程进行流程分解并将其划分为地质评价与总体设计、钻井工程、储层改造工程和抽采工程等四大子过程。从功能、结构、材料和工艺等方面为切入点,利用IE理论分别针对四大子过程的工艺流程进行优化设计并重组可行性技术方案,然后从系统整体优化的角度将煤层气开采的4个子系统进行优化整合,使4个子系统之间相互配合相互补充,最终形成结构合理、功能清晰、材料可靠和工艺优化的煤层气开采过程,为加快煤矿瓦斯治理并突破煤层气开采技术瓶颈提供理论支持,为我国煤层气开采产业发展提供帮助。
Coalbed methane( CBM) development is a complicated system engineering,carding CBM development process and optimize the improvement is to increase the coal- bed methane production,speed up the CBM industry one of the important means of rapid development in our country. Using the integration of industrial design( ID) and industrial engineering( IE) IDE technology innovation methods,based on the local optimization,through the optimization of the overall objectives,from the angle of ID to process decomposition process of CBM development form the geological evaluation and the overall design,drilling engineering,reservoir engineering and mining engineering and so on four subsystems. From aspects of the function,structure,material and process as the breakthrough point,using the theory of IE respectively on the technological process of the four subsystem optimization and reorganization of the feasible technical scheme,and then from the angle of the system as a whole optimization of coal-bed methane four subsystem optimization integration,interaction between the four subsystems complement each other,and finally form a reasonable structure,clear functions,and reliable materials and process optimization of CBM development process,in order to speed up the coal mine gas control and CBM exploration breakthrough technology bottlenecks to provide theory support,to help the development of CBM industry development.
