为了提高小微企业知识获取效率,为我国小微企业创新发展提供帮助,文章采用工业设计(ID)与工业工程(IE)融合形成的IDE创新理论,从ID角度对小微企业知识溯源过程进行流程分解,并将其细分为知识检索、知识分类、知识转化与知识集成4个子系统,应用IE系统理论分别对各子系统进行梳理优化,使知识溯源的子系统形成相互关联、相互反馈的有机整体,最终形成动态闭环的知识溯源过程。同时将研究结论应用于小微企业冷库设备的优化改进,以验证该方法的科学性和有效性。
This paper aims to improve the knowledge acquisition efficiency and the assistance for the innovation and develop- ment of small and micro enterprises in our country. The IDE innovation theory fused by Industrial Design (ID) and Industrial Engi- neering (IE) is adopted. From the perspective of ID, the process of knowledge tracing for small and micro enterprises is divided in- to 4 subsystems, which are knowledge retrieval, knowledge classification, knowledge transformation and knowledge integration. IE system theory is used to sort and optimize the subsystems, so that the subsystems of the knowledge tracing can be an interrelated or- ganic entirety, which has mutual feedback. Finally knowledge tracing can become a process of dynamic closed loop. The conclusion of the study is applied to cold storage equipment of small and micro enterprises to verify the effectiveness of the method.
