为了确定施工方法与钢筋位置对混凝土氧气扩散系数的影响规律,应用中国矿业大学耿欧教授的混凝土氧气扩散系数测试装置,在不同温湿度和水灰比的条件下,对钢筋混凝土的上保护层和下保护层进行氧气扩散系数的正交试验研究。试验所得的施工方法和钢筋位置对混凝土保护层的氧气扩散的影响规律,为钢筋锈蚀的定量评价提供了科学依据。
To establish the law of the oxygen diffusivity influenced by constructive method and steel bars' position,by using the device of Professor Geng Ou that can test the oxygetx diffusivity in concrete ,under the condition of different water-binder ratio of concrete,relative humidity and temperature, experiments on upside and downside covering layers of reinforced concrete were conducted according to the principle of orthogonal experiment.The law on diffusion coefficient of oxygen influenced by constructive method and steel bars' position provides a scientific basis for the evaluation of the reinforcement corrosion in concrete .
