应用线弹性断裂力学基础理论,结合弹性力学研究成果,得到了钢筋均匀锈蚀导致锈胀裂缝扩展至表面前的锈胀力与裂纹张开位移的关系.结合混凝土的双K断裂准则,分析了混凝土锈胀开裂过程的断裂韧度及其影响因素.研究结果表明:钢筋直径与保护层厚度及混凝土强度是影响混凝土锈胀开裂发展的主要因素;适当增加混凝土保护层厚度、选用小直径钢筋和选择高性能混凝土均有利于抵抗锈胀裂缝的扩展.
Using the basic theory of linear elastic fracture mechanics, the relationship between the crack opening displacement and the corrosion expansion force before the uniform corrosion crack expanding to the surface was obtained. Integrating the standard double K fracture parameters theory, the fracture toughness and influence factor of the breaking-down process of concrete rebar corrosion expansion can be analyzed. The results show that the rebar diameter, the thickness of concrete cover and the concrete strength are the main factors to affect the corrosion expansion cracking in reinforce concrete.
