采用室内人工气候环境箱模拟干湿循环作用,以研究氯离子侵蚀对钢筋混凝土材料性能变化的影响。沿氯离子侵蚀方向,在混凝土内部不同深度以及试件侧壁不同高度处,进行取样分析氯离子含量。结果表明:沿侵蚀方向,距表层一定深度处氯离子含量有一峰值。随着混凝土试件侧壁高度的下降,氯离子含量逐渐增大。在钢筋锈蚀率较低情况下,锈蚀率与钢筋-混凝土界面处的氯离子浓度成线性关系,可由此推算临界氯离子浓度。
In order to study the property change of reinforced concrete material due to chloride penetration, indoor artificial climate and envi- ronment equipment was used to simulate dry-wet cycle.Along with the direction of chloride penetration, chloride concentration was measured and analyzed at different depths within the concrete and different heights of specimen sidewall.The results indicated that along with the direction of penetration path, there was a peak of chloride concentration at a certain depth from the specimen surface.Along the sidewall height reduction of concrete specimens,chloride concentration increased gradually.In the case of low rate of steel corrosion,the linear relationship was proved be- tween the corrosion rate and the chloride concentration in steel-concrete interface, which can be extrapolated the critical chloride concentration.
