我国外贸发展较快，但竞争力相对不强，即处于由贸易大国向贸易强国转变的阶段。通过对全球竞争力指数、对外贸易依存度和竞争优势指数进行分析后可以得出我国的贸易竞争力有待加强，进而从技术创新、贸易结构和国际环境等方面分析了影响我国外贸做强的因素，并从加快外贸发展方式转变、改变中国制造发展模式、优化调整对外贸易结构、培育做强外贸经营主体、引导外贸秩序有序进行等方面提出了我国如何由贸易大国向贸易强国转变的措施安排。

英文摘要：

Though China＇s foreign trade develops faster, its competitiveness is relatively not strong, that is, China is at the stage transforming from a big trade country to a trade power. This paper analyzes global competitiveness index （GCI）,foreign-trade dependence （FID）and trade competitiveness index （TC）, and makes the conclusion that China~s trade competitiveness should be strengthened. Then, the paper analyzes the factors influencing China＇s trade from aspects of technological innovation, trade structure and international environment. At last, countermeasures are put forward for how to transform from a big trade country to a trade power in terms of accelerating the transition of foreign trade development mode, changing China＇s manufacturing development mode, optimizing and adjusting foreign trade structure, cultivating strong foreign trade business enterprises and guiding foreign trade into a good order.
