Achieving industrial internal orderly transfer is an important measure for breaking the relative dilemma of economic development and realizing regional coordinated development in China. Based on the analysis of the international experience of the U. S. A,Britain,Japan and Korea, the eastern experience of the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta,and the experience of the middle and the western demonstration areas such as the Wanjiang City Belt in Anhui,the Guidong Area in Guangxi, the Riverside Area in Chongqing, the Xiangnan Area in H unan, the Jinzhou Area in Hubei, the Yellow River Golden Triangle Area, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the middle and the west to efficiently undertake eastern industrial transfer from the aspects of adjusting productive factors, optimizing hard environment, improving soft environment and implementing preferential policy.
